Holly Knoeller

Holly is a firm believer that real estate is really more about people and how we live our lives than it is bricks and mortar, and that our homes and communities we share should be a reflection of that. She approaches each opportunity with knowledge, enthusiasm, and a bit of creativity in order to help her clients realize their vision.

Academic and Professional accomplishments include a Masters of Real Estate in the Built Environment Degree from The University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design from Boise State University, obtaining Accessory Dwelling Unit Certification, Accredited Buyer Representative and Luxury Real Estate Designations, Certifications in Relocation Services and Professional Home Staging. She is an active member the National Association of Realtors®, the Sun Valley Board of Realtors®, Boise Regional Realtors®, a multiple recipient of the ACAR Circle of Excellence Production Award, and a past board member of the US Green Building Council-Idaho. A major area of focus and study for Holly is working towards expanding awareness and approval of Missing Middle, Attainable, and Affordable housing through the lens of Regenerative Development. 

Holly has worked towards increasing sustainable building education opportunities for local real estate professionals and has assisted the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance in promoting the Next Step Home Program and is active in the Housing Innovation Alliance.

Holly became a watchdog on the progress of our home and met, on our behalf, with the builder several times. Now, if you really want to get a grasp of how committed Holly was to us, when our home's foundation was poured on Christmas Eve's day in 2013 and Holly was there to take pictures! Now that's dedication! Who knows what the future holds, however, if we build again it will only be with the assistance of our friend Holly Davis Haag.
